Health and Wellness are broad, encompassing terms. When used to define the population in the US, we agree that these terms are increasingly more difficult to apply in a positive way as we are quickly becoming one of the least healthy and well nations in the world. LifeStyles INFOCUS exists to work to implement changes within our society, one person, one company and one event at a time.

We go beyond being just expo planners. Like you, we know the positive impacts of a healthy lifestyle on personal time, and we agree that living a healthy lifestyle provides positive benefits in the day-to-day work environment. And as the workplace has become a second home, our goal is to work with companies and organizations to provide avenues for health and wellness, allowing them to offer benefits far beyond the paycheck. This includes disseminating information to help clients, employees, their families and visitors, make healthy lifestyle choices as well providing hand-on access to the services, products and specialties that you, our partners offer.

LifeStyles INFOCUS is comprised of four professional women who have become a team of advocates for Health and Wellness. From intimate meetings to trade expos to athletic events with 50,000 attendees, LifeStyles INFOCUS wants to team with you to provide markets and avenues for you to provide your product or service to the consumer. Our events are tailored to our clients' needs, which translates into numerous varied opportunities for you to market your services, products and specialties to a newly developed market. In addition, we offer you the ability to host 'How To' seminars, monitor local 'Clubs' and 'TrainTo' series all giving you the ability to show off what you do best. We then work with each corporation we host events with to offer then a comprehensive 'Wellness Package' based on the products and services that you have to offer.

• Capture key client information from our Lead Generating Surveys and questionnaires that all attendees fill out upon arrival.  Let LifeStyles INFOCUS assist you in building your database for post show follow-up.
• Make use of our Attendee Giveaways by offering samples, informational pieces and coupons.  Each individual that attends an expo is handed a Giveaway Bag with your professional materials.
• By participating in our Think Tank Seminar/ Brown Bag Series you will have the ability to present individualized topics in an informal, relaxed setting.  With client’s undivided attention utilize this time to educate your audience.
• Help host a 'Train To' series where you show individuals how to train for marathons, triathlons, becoming a parent, eating right, and much more.
• Sponsor a local 'Club' in your field of expertise—from Supper Clubs to Running Clubs, build your own San Diego based network with our help.
